Warranty of the Products
Warranty
SIMAGIC products are covered by the original 1-year warranty policy from the date of the original purchase.
SIMAGIC will never cover the costs associated with the installation/labor of the installer unless recommended and approved by SIMAGIC.
Non-manufacturing faults, including negligence, improper installation, misuse, or incorrect servicing, as well as consumable parts, are not covered by any warranty.
If a defect not caused by a manufacturing issue is found during our technical support inspection, the purchaser will be required to pay the cost of repair/inspection, as well as shipping costs in both directions, before the product is returned.
Warranty Transfer
The warranty of the purchased product is transferable under the following conditions:

A copy of the original purchase invoice and all relevant information about the new buyer must be sent to support@simracingpros.eu.

The product must have been purchased from our official website https://simracingpros.eu. Otherwise, the warranty is not transferable.
