Returns and Exchanges Policy



1. Introduction
At Sim Racing Pros Europe, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions.

2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

3. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos or video) of the defect. We will process an exchange or offer a suitable resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital products or downloadable software.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

  • Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged due to improper use.

5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@simracingpros.eu with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days.

6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • A restocking fee of 3% may apply.

  • Refunds may take 7 business days to appear on your account.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
